Every shallow, anxious breath you take is hijacking the very connection you're desperate to restore.
Think about it:
Genesis 2:7 says God "breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."
John 20:22: Jesus "breathed on them and said, 'Receive the Holy Spirit.'"
Ezekiel 37: God's breath brought dead bones back to life.
Psalm 46:10: "Be still, and know that I am God."
Breath isn't just about oxygen.
In Scripture, breath IS spirit. The Hebrew word "ruach" means both.
But when you're stressed, anxious, overwhelmed…
When you're trying to control everything in your own strength...
You're literally hijacking the breath God gave you.
And that hijacked breath blocks the very spiritual connection you're praying for.

The Biblical Truth About Breath That Changes Everything
Let me show you something that will revolutionize how you understand prayer:
Genesis 2:7: "Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."
John 20:22: "And with that he breathed on them and said, 'Receive the Holy Spirit.'"
Job 33:4: "The Spirit of God has made me; the breath of the Almighty gives me life."
Did you catch that?
Breath = Spirit.
They're the same word in Hebrew (ruach) and Greek (pneuma).
When God wants to give life, He breathes.
When Jesus wants to impart the Holy Spirit, He breathes.
When God restores dead things to life (Ezekiel 37), He breathes.
Your breath isn't just a physical function. It's your spiritual connection to the Creator.
But here's what nobody taught you:
There's a difference between hijacking God's breath and surrendering to it.
Hijacking vs. Surrendering: The Difference That Changes Everything
HIJACKING GOD'S BREATH (What stress does):

SURRENDERING TO GOD'S BREATH
(What restores connection):

The moment you stop hijacking and start surrendering, everything changes.
Your nervous system resets from fight-or-flight to rest-and-receive.
To rest and receive - this is homeostasis,
The way God divinely created you to function.
Think about it: this is how we all come into the world as babies.
Watch a newborn breathe - deep, slow, from the belly, completely surrendered.
They don't try to control their breath.
They don't hold tension.
They simply receive each breath as God's gift.
That's your original design.
That's homeostasis - the balanced state God intended.
But somewhere along the way, stress taught you to hijack that natural rhythm.
Anxiety convinced you that control was safer than surrender.
When you return to God's breath…
When you breathe like the child He created you to be - your spirit opens to hear His whisper.
Your heart softens to feel His presence.
Not because you've earned it.
Because that's how He designed you to function.

The "Surrender-Based Breathing Practice" That Restores Everything
Here's the practice that changed Ariana's life (and 100+ other women):

What Happened When Ariana Finally Surrendered Through Breath
Remember Ariana? The woman trapped in a horrible situation for 17 years?
Here's exactly what she wrote after learning The Breathe with God session:
"Ali changed my entire life with one breath session.
I was in a relationship for 17 years, we have a beautiful 3 year old little girl together and a little over one year ago, I had so much clarity after our session---I left my husband.

Here's another text she sent me:

Ariana sent me a message that reveals something profound about addiction, control, and what it means to be a "divine vessel."
She wrote: "It stopped my craving for a cigarette that is MAGIC!!"
Now, before I dive into what really happened here, I need to address the language she used.
She mentioned "soul calling" and "activating other amazing beings" and calling herself a "divine vessel."
These phrases sound New Age and I understand why she used them,
Because that's the language many people learn in wellness spaces.
But as Christians, we need to understand what's REALLY happening in biblical terms.
You're not a "divine vessel" in the sense that you contain your own divinity.
But 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says something even more powerful:
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?
You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."
Your body is a TEMPLE.
Not because you're divine, but because the Holy Spirit DWELLS in you.
And when Paul says "honor God with your bodies,"
That includes what you put into them, what you breathe into them,
And how you treat the temple God has entrusted to you.
Now, let's talk about what really happened when Ariana's cigarette craving stopped.
It wasn't magic. It was the restoration of how God designed your body to work.
Here's what most people don't understand about addiction:
At its core, addiction is about trying to control your internal state through external substances.
Think about it.
When you smoke a cigarette, what are you really doing?
You're BREATHING. Deeply. Slowly. Intentionally.
Nicotine creates a chemical effect, yes.
But the RITUAL of smoking the deep inhale, the pause, the slow exhale…
That's literally a breathing practice.
You're using the cigarette as a tool to force your body to breathe deeply when it's been shallow-breathing through stress.
You're hijacking God's breath through nicotine.
2 Peter 2:19 says, "People are slaves to whatever has mastered them."
When you need a cigarette to breathe deeply,
When you need a substance to create the calm your body desperately craves,
You've become a slave.
Not just to nicotine, but to the LIE that you need something external to control your internal state.
But here's the truth:
God already gave you everything you need.
Genesis 2:7 says, "Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."
He breathed His LIFE into you.
His breath is already yours.
You don't need to hijack it through cigarettes or any other substance.
When Ariana did the Breathe with God session,
What really happened was this:
She learned to access the deep, calming breath she'd been using cigarettes to force her body to do.
She didn't need the cigarette anymore.
Not because of willpower. Not because she "tried harder."
But because she discovered she already had access to what the cigarette was providing,
The ability to breathe deeply and calm her nervous system.
John 8:36 promises: "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."
TRUE freedom.
Not white-knuckling your way through cravings.
Not managing your addiction with patches and gum.
But actual freedom where the craving itself disappears because you no longer need the substitute.
Romans 12:2 instructs: "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
The PATTERN of this world says:
"You need external substances to manage your stress. You need cigarettes, alcohol, food, shopping, scrolling…something outside yourself to control how you feel inside."
But the RENEWAL of your mind says:
"I have the Holy Spirit dwelling in me. I have God's breath available to me in every moment. I don't need substitutes when I have the Source."
This is what it means to honor God with your body,
To stop treating it like it needs cigarettes, and start treating it like the temple it is.
1 Corinthians 10:13 promises:
"No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."
The "way out" isn't always what we expect.
Sometimes it's not a dramatic deliverance or instant miracle.
Sometimes it's learning that what you're craving, that deep breath, that moment of calm is already available to you through surrendering to God's breath.
Ariana also said something beautiful: "Just listening to my soul calling!!"
In biblical terms, what she was experiencing was the Holy Spirit speaking to her spirit,
Calling her back to the way God designed her to function,
Breathing His breath, not hijacking it through substances.
Romans 8:14 says, "For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God."
The Spirit was LEADING her not to "activate beings" (New Age language),
But to honor her body as His temple, to breathe with Him instead of against Him, to receive His breath instead of stealing it through cigarettes.
And when she obeyed that leading…
When she surrendered to His breath instead of hijacking it, the craving simply... stopped.
Not through her own strength. Through His.
Philippians 4:13 declares: "I can do all this through him who gives me strength."
Including conquering addictions.
Including breaking free from substances.
Including honoring your body as His temple.
Ariana didn't need years of rehab.
She didn't need to white-knuckle her way through withdrawal.
She didn't need patches or gum or hypnosis.
Even if she'd tried to quit smoking before and failed,
Even if the addiction had controlled her for years,
Even if the cravings felt impossible to resist…
When she learned that what she was really craving was deep,
calming breath (which God already gave her access to),
When she stopped hijacking His breath through cigarettes and started receiving it through surrender,
When she honored her body as His temple instead of treating it like something that needed nicotine to function properly,
The craving lost its power.
Because she didn't need the substitute anymore.
She had access to the Source.
The source, Christ our Lord.
And when you have the Breath-Giver Himself filling your lungs,
Your temple, your very being - why would you need a cigarette?
As Galatians 5:1 proclaims: "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."
The cigarette was a yoke of slavery.
And the moment she discovered she could breathe deeply without it…
The moment she tasted true freedom in God's breath, that yoke fell off.
Not magic. Grace.
It's Not Just Ariana...
Kensie (another client of mine) was stuck on a delayed flight for 2 extra hours.
Panic was rising. But instead of spiraling, she used The Breathe with God practice:

Kensie sent me a message that perfectly captures what happens when you learn to breathe with God instead of against Him.
Especially in the middle of a crisis you can't control.
She's a working musician, traveling constantly for shows.
One day, she was on a flight that got delayed, not just a few minutes,

The 4-7-8 breathing technique, but not as a psychological trick.
As an act of surrender to God's breath.
She texted me: "I did the 4,7,8 and it helped tremendously.. I could even feel the plane calm down and others anxiety lift. So beautiful."
This reminds me of Mark 4:39, when Jesus stood up in the boat during the storm and said, "Quiet! Be still!"
And the wind died down and it was completely calm.
When you align your breath with God's peace…
When you surrender control instead of fighting for it…
His presence doesn't just calm your storm.
It radiates to those around you.
As 2 Corinthians 2:15 says, "For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing."
When God's peace fills you, others can sense it.
They can feel it.
Kensie didn't need perfect circumstances to experience peace.
She didn't need the delay to be resolved.
She didn't need medication or an escape route.
What she needed was a simple technique rooted in biblical truth:
That God's breath (ruach, pneuma - the same word for "spirit") is available to us in every moment, even when we're trapped in situations we cannot control.
Philippians 4:6-7 promises:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
That's exactly what happened on that plane.
Not because Kensie had mastered some mystical new age technique,
But because she surrendered to the breath God gave her and let His peace guard her heart…even at 30,000 feet with nowhere to go.
Notice what she said at the end:
"You have changed my life with how God is working through you and your incredible work!!
Another huge thank you for turning so many things around for me in His name!!"
In His name. Not in my name.
Not through my power.
Through God working, in Jesus's name.
You don't need perfect circumstances to experience God's peace.
You don't need to escape your situation or control every variable.
Even if you're trapped in anxiety-inducing circumstances, even if you have no control over what's happening around you, even if panic is starting to rise…
When you stop hijacking your breath through control and fear, and instead surrender to God's rhythm,
His peace really does transcend all understanding.
And sometimes, like Kensie experienced, that peace becomes so tangible that even the people around you begin to calm down.
Because peace isn't something you manufacture through technique.
Peace is Someone you carry with you, the Prince of Peace Himself, breathing through you wherever you go.
The woman who couldn't sleep tried everything…counting sheep, melatonin, prescription aids.
Nothing worked. One night she used the sleep breath technique:
"I did your sleep breath last night and it was the only thing that got me to sleep so thank you!"
I received this text from a sacred sister who was clearly desperate the night before.
She tried the sleep breath technique that she learned inside the Breathe with God program,
And her message was simple but powerful:
"It was the only thing that got me to sleep."
The only thing.
Not one of many things that helped.
Not something that made it easier.
The ONLY thing that finally allowed her to fall asleep.
If you've ever experienced insomnia, lying awake at 2am, mind racing, body exhausted but unable to rest you know the desperation that sets in.
You've tried everything: counting sheep, meditation apps, warm milk, melatonin, prescription sleep aids.
Nothing works.
And the longer you lie there awake, the more anxious you become about not sleeping, which makes it even harder to sleep.
It's a vicious cycle.
But here's what's really happening when you can't sleep:
Your nervous system doesn't feel safe enough to let go of control.
Sleep requires surrender.
Complete, vulnerable surrender.
Your conscious mind has to release its grip and trust that your body will keep you alive while you're unconscious.
For someone living in chronic stress, chronic anxiety, chronic hypervigilance - that surrender feels impossible. Dangerous, even.
Psalm 127:2 says something profound:
"In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat for he grants sleep to those he loves."
He GRANTS sleep. Sleep is a gift from God to His beloved…
Not something you earn through perfect conditions or flawless technique.
But here's the heartbreaking part:
When you're hijacking God's breath through control and anxiety,
When you're trying to manage everything in your own strength,
You literally cannot receive the gift of sleep He's offering.
Your clenched fists can't receive what He's trying to give you.
Psalm 4:8 promises:
"In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me dwell in safety."
"You ALONE make me dwell in safety."
Not your efforts. Not your control. Not your vigilance. HIM alone.
The sleep breath technique I teach isn't about manipulating your body into sleeping.
It's about teaching your nervous system through breath that it's SAFE to surrender control back to God.
When this woman practiced the sleep breath, what really happened was this:
She stopped trying to force sleep.
She stopped fighting her wakefulness.
She stopped white-knuckling her way through another sleepless night.
She surrendered.
She breathed with God's rhythm instead of against it.
And her body finally feeling safe accepted the gift of rest He'd been offering all along.
Matthew 11:28 is Jesus's direct invitation:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Not "earn rest." Not "achieve rest." Not "control your way into rest." He will GIVE you rest.
But you have to come to Him. You have to surrender. You have to stop striving.
The Greek word for "rest" there is "anapausis" which means cessation from labor, refreshment, peace.
It's the same word used when Jesus says in Matthew 26:45, "Are you still sleeping and resting?"
True rest…the kind that actually restores you only comes when you stop laboring in your own strength and receive what God gives.
This woman didn't need a stronger sleeping pill.
She didn't need better sleep hygiene.
She didn't need a darker room or whiter noise.
What she needed was to stop hijacking God's breath through anxiety and control,
And instead surrender to His rhythm, the rhythm that says,
"I've got this. You can let go now. It's safe to rest."
Proverbs 3:24 promises:
"When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet."
That's not a promise for perfect circumstances.
That's a promise for surrendered hearts.
When you trust God enough to release control,
Even the control of trying to MAKE yourself sleep He grants the sweet sleep that only comes from safety in His presence.
She didn't need hours of practice.
She didn't need perfect execution of the technique.
She didn't need to "get it right."
Even if nothing else worked that night,
Even if she'd struggled with insomnia for years,
Even if anxiety had kept her awake for hours,
When she stopped fighting and started surrendering,
When she stopped trying to control her breath and started breathing with God's rhythm,
When she finally let go of the very thing keeping her awake (the need to control),
Her body accepted the gift of sleep He'd been offering all along.
Because sleep isn't something you achieve.
Sleep is something you receive.
And you can only receive with open hands,
Hands that have released their grip on control and surrendered back to the Breath-Giver,
The Rest-Giver, the One who grants sleep to those He loves.
As David wrote in Psalm 3:5, "I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me."
Not "I force myself to sleep through perfect technique."
Not "I manipulate my body into sleeping through control."
"I lie down and sleep... because the LORD sustains me."
That's the secret. That's what she discovered. And that's why it was the ONLY thing that worked.
The exhausted mother feeling depleted from sickness in her home and work stress:
A sacred sister came to me completely depleted.
Not just tired…depleted.
The kind of exhaustion that seeps into your bones when you've been caring for sick family members while trying to keep up with work demands.
She wrote:
"I had been feeling low energetically from sicknesses in our home and work and the breathwork really reenergized me immediately."
Now, I need to pause here and address something important.
Notice she called it "breathwork" - and I understand why she used that term, because that's the language our culture has given us.
But here's what I need you to understand:
What the world calls "breathwork" is actually the counterfeit.
The world believes it needs to control breath, manipulate breath, use breath as a technique to achieve something.
But what we do in Breathe with God is the complete opposite - it's total surrender WITH Him.
We're not doing breathwork.
We're returning to the way God designed us to breathe - in complete dependence on the Breath-Giver Himself.
Colossians 2:8 warns us:
"See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ."
The world's version tries to make YOU the source of power.
God's version makes HIM the Source.
This is the reality for so many women in this season of life…
They're pouring out constantly, caring for everyone else, but running on fumes themselves.
And they feel guilty even admitting they're exhausted.
But here's what's beautiful about God's design:
He never intended for us to operate from our own limited energy reserves.
Isaiah 40:29-31 says:
"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint."
That's not just a nice metaphor.
That's a promise.
And this woman experienced it firsthand.
She said:
"My breathing got deeper within the session and I felt so healed before I was even done with the full session."
Notice the timeline:
She felt healed BEFORE the Breathe with God session even ended.
Not after weeks of rest.
Not after the crisis passed.
Right there, in the middle of the practice, as she surrendered her breath back to God.
This is what Jesus means in John 10:10 when He says,
"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." Not a depleted life. Not barely-surviving life.
FULL life…abundant, overflowing, restored.
The Greek word for "life" there is "zoe" - the God-kind of life, the breath of God life that Genesis 2:7 talks about:
"The LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."
When we hijack God's breath through stress and striving…
When we try to manufacture our own energy through willpower and caffeine…
We disconnect from the Source of life itself.
But when we surrender back to His breath, something supernatural happens.
His Spirit (ruach - breath, wind, spirit) fills what's been emptied.
His life flows where death and depletion had taken root.
She also said something that touched my heart:
"Her voice and guidance was so powerful."
But I need you to hear this clearly:
It's not MY voice that's powerful. It's the Holy Spirit speaking through a surrendered vessel.
1 Corinthians 2:4 says,
"My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power."
That's what she experienced, not my cleverness or my techniques, but the Spirit's power demonstrating Himself through practice.
As I guide women through surrender-based breathing,
I'm not trying to be a guru or spiritual superstar.
I'm simply getting out of the way and letting the Spirit do what only He can do: restore, renew, revive.
This woman didn't need to wait until her family got healthy.
She didn't need to quit her job or escape her responsibilities.
She didn't need perfect circumstances to experience restoration.
Even though she was depleted from caregiving and work stress,
Even though sickness had drained her household,
Even though she felt she had nothing left to give…
When she stopped trying to manufacture her own energy and instead surrendered to the Breath-Giver,
He filled her immediately.
Not because she earned it.
Not because she did the technique perfectly.
But because that's who He is:
"The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love... He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever... As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us" (Psalm 103:8-12).
He doesn't wait for you to have it all together.
He meets you in your depletion and breathes life back into you - immediately, powerfully, completely.
Because you were never meant to run on your own strength.
You were meant to be continuously filled by His Spirit, continuously renewed by His breath, continuously restored by His presence.

Kaylee sent me a text that captures something I pray every woman experiences:
A sacred morning encounter with God through His breath, witnessed in His creation.

She wrote: "Ali! Did your morning breath work while watching the sunrise and afterwards my brain and lips were tingling! It was a very beautiful, peaceful, magical morning!!"
Now, I want to address the physical sensations she described…
The tingling in her brain and lips, because this is actually evidence of something profound happening in her body.
When you've been living in chronic stress and shallow breathing (which most of us do without realizing it), your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight mode.
But when you practice surrender-based breathing…
When you stop hijacking God's breath and start breathing WITH Him, your body begins to recalibrate.
The tingling she felt?
That's increased oxygen and circulation as her body shifts from survival mode into rest-and-restore mode.
It's her nervous system literally resetting to the peace God designed her to carry.
But here's what makes this even more beautiful: She did this while watching the sunrise.
Psalm 19:1-2 says, "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge."
Every sunrise is God speaking.
Every morning, He's declaring His faithfulness, His beauty, His glory. And when Kaylee combined breathing with the Breath-Giver while watching His creation declare His glory, she experienced what I call a "double testimony" - His breath IN her and His glory BEFORE her.
This is what Lamentations 3:22-23 promises: "Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
New mercies. New compassions. New faithfulness. Every. Single. Morning.
And the way we access those new mercies?
By starting our day surrendered to His breath, aligned with His rhythm, before the chaos and demands begin.
Kaylee called it a "magical morning," and I understand what she means - but I want to reframe that word because it's not magic.
It's mystery. It's the mystery of God's presence becoming tangible when we position ourselves to receive it.
Colossians 1:27 calls it "Christ in you, the hope of glory" - the mystery that the Creator of the universe wants to dwell IN us, breathe THROUGH us, meet us PERSONALLY.
What Kaylee experienced wasn't a technique producing a result. It was her body, mind, and spirit aligning with God's presence as she:
Surrendered her breath to Him (not controlling, not striving)
Witnessed His creation declaring His glory (the sunrise)
Positioned herself to receive His new mercies for that day
Jesus often withdrew early in the morning to pray (Mark 1:35).
Before the demands of ministry, before the crowds pressed in, before the chaos - He met with the Father in the stillness.
That's what Kaylee discovered: When you give God your first breath of the day when you start with surrender instead of striving…everything shifts.

As Psalm 5:3 says, "In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly."
That's what Kaylee did.

Let me be completely honest with you.
I wasn't always the woman who teaches surrender-based breathing.
In fact, I was the exact opposite.
I'm Ali Levine, a wife, mama of three, and a woman radically redeemed by Jesus.
I was once a Hollywood stylist chasing success, peace, and healing through the world and the New Age, until Jesus met me in my brokenness and showed me that peace isn't a feeling: it's a Person.


My Story: From Hollywood Chaos to Holy Breath Surrender
2016 was chaos. I was a celebrity stylist in Hollywood,
Top rated, best dressed clients all over the globe. From the outside, my life looked perfect.
But everything was crashing down.
People pleasing had taken over.
Toxicity everywhere.
No boundaries.
My marriage was on the rocks. I cared more about pride and parties than anything else.
Everything was chaos, in and out.
The woman you see now…who has a deep relationship with God and is constantly stretched, surrendering, learning, being humbled?
She didn't exist back then.
A relationship with HIM?
No, no. I was the controller of my life. I resisted everything. I controlled everything.
But here's what led me to that breaking point...
In 2013, my grandmother passed away.
She was my very best friend on this earth.
I was broken and destroyed…a shell of a human.
So after I lost her physically, I went straight into work.
I decided that career success would bring me happiness, and I went ALL in.
Didn't take a minute to breathe (I know, certified breath coach now haha, God really does have humor).
I couldn't handle everyday life at all back then.
I was surviving, but not really.
My worth was in my clients and how much someone loved my expertise.
It was in the world. It was my identity.
When God Spoke (And I Didn't Listen)
By 2016, I was desperate. When I finally cried out to God for help,
I literally said, "I don't think you know me or even care, should I say?!" (That was terrible to think, but that's how I felt.)
That's when God answered and told me he was removing me from the industry.
I laughed. I couldn't have heard that right. Right?!
This was me and my identity! No way.
Well, shortly after that, it did all fall apart... and it all became chaos.
That's what inspired my summit event "From Chaos to Christ."
My Search for Peace in All the Wrong Places
For years I chased peace in everything but the One who made it. I was a Hollywood stylist, successful, admired, and empty.
When my grandma died, I broke.
I tried self-help, card pulling, mediums, breathwork, crystals, "manifesting" all of it.
But I was just decorating my chains.
After my first baby, I hit rock bottom. Postpartum depression. Panic. Darkness.
And one night, I finally said, "God, if You're real, help."
And He did.
He met me in my mess, not in perfection. He taught me to breathe again—His way.
From Hijacking to Healing

Now I help women do the same. To stop hijacking His breath and return to the One who gives it.
Because peace isn't a feeling. Peace is a Person. His name is Jesus.
Matthew 7:16 says: "By their fruit you will recognize them."
The fruit?

"But Is This Biblical? Or Just New Age Breathwork Repackaged?"

1 John 4:1 says: "Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God."

"What If I've Tried Everything and Nothing Works for Me?"
2 Corinthians 12:9: "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."

Notice what she said: "Yes, I used to do breathe work, but now I do it each day."
She'd tried breathwork before, but nothing stuck until she learned surrender-based breathing.

You're not trying to achieve something through effort.

Matthew 11:28: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
He doesn't say "earn rest" or "work for rest." He says "I will GIVE you rest."
When human methods fail, God's grace prevails.
Trish's review captures something I see over and over:
Women who are so stressed and anxious from work that they've literally lost themselves…
And they don't even realize how exhausted they are until they finally stop.

Did you catch that?
She fell asleep during her first session.
Not because the practice was boring, but because her body was SO starved for rest,
SO depleted from chronic stress, that the moment she surrendered control and breathed with God's rhythm…

This is what Psalm 127:2 is talking about:
"In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat for he grants sleep to those he loves."
Trish had been operating in survival mode - pushing, striving, controlling - hijacking God's breath to get through each day.
But her body was keeping score. The anxiety, the fog, the feeling of "I'm not myself anymore."
Jesus said in Matthew 11:28,
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
That's exactly what happened in that first Breathe with God session.
She came to Him through surrender-based breathing,
And He gave her the rest her body desperately needed.
But here's what makes this even more powerful:
Trish had tried new age breathwork before.
But she'd never made it a daily practice - until now.

"What If I'm Too Anxious/Broken for This to Work?"
Psalm 34:18: "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
Here's what the woman who was completely depleted wrote:
"I had been feeling low energetically from sicknesses in our home and work and the breathwork really reenergized me immediately. My breathing got deeper within the session and I felt so healed before I was even done with the full session."
She felt healed BEFORE the session even ended.
The woman with severe insomnia: "I did your sleep breath last night and it was the only thing that got me to sleep."
The woman who couldn't stop her cigarette cravings: "It stopped my craving for a cigarette that is MAGIC!"
Your level of brokenness doesn't disqualify you. It qualifies you for God's grace.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4: "The God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."
The more broken you feel, the more God wants to restore you.
"What If This Is Just Psychological...Not Actually Spiritual?"
Romans 8:26: "The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans."
Wordless groans. The Spirit intercedes through breath itself.
Yes, there are psychological benefits to proper breathing. God designed your body to work that way.
But when you surrender your breath to God instead of trying to control it yourself, something supernatural happens beyond psychology.
Ariana's testimony: "the inner power, and above all clarity that I was seeking took over my mind, body and soul."
That's not psychology. That's the Holy Spirit restoring what stress had hijacked.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20: "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."
When you honor God with your breath (your body), He honors you with His presence (your spirit).
"What If I Can't Do This Perfectly?"
Grace isn't about perfection. It's about surrender.
The client who tried many breathsessions before wrote: "I have done so many breath sessions before but what I loved about yours was how you used multiple techniques...I had no idea what was coming next which was so great cause it got me to stay in the moment."
You don't need to "get it right." You just need to show up and surrender.
2 Corinthians 12:9: "My power is made perfect in weakness."
Your imperfect surrender is exactly what God uses to demonstrate His perfect grace.
